Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon' reports analyzing emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking technological adoption and market readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of mapping emerging technologies to commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 leadership
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation strategy
