Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives for 2026 market evolution
- Develop predictive models using AI and big data analytics for technological adoption curves
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive forces (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advose C-suite teams on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Manage global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops using VR/AR for stakeholder alignment
- Monitor geopolitical and climate change impacts on long-term business viability
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, nanotech, or climate engineering
- Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, SWOT-PESTLE hybrids)
- Portfolio of successful strategic implementations with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking from APF or World Future Society preferred
