Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-generation solutions
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics to predict industry disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' teams prototyping breakthrough concepts in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
