Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for multiple future states and risk mitigation strategies
- Present evidence-based future forecasts to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future-of-work, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready product development and service models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, systems modeling)
