- Produce trend reports and white papers on AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation ecosystems
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
