Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Produce high-impact white papers and executive briefings on emerging technological paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation success and adaptability metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
