Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier startups
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and disciplinary boundaries
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-back strategies
