Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative/qualitative forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
