- Produce scenario planning reports and horizon-scanning whitepapers
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term vision alignment and resource allocation
- Identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for strategic investment
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused strategies to Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
