Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for quantum integration, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future human needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published research or speaking engagements at future-focused conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future impact projects
