Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal trends post-2025
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI singularity, quantum adoption, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Produce whitepapers and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viability of emerging innovations
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 societal or technological shifts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects with measurable client impact
