Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) with 3-5 year impact projections
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging tech with ESG imperatives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce trend analysis reports with data-backed foresight recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of translating futures into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk-mitigation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
