- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with data-driven forecasts and competitive positioning
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate next-generation startups
- Represent company at global futurist summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
