As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable strategies that leverage breakthrough technologies—from quantum computing to neurotech. You'll lead high-stakes workshops, author thought leadership reports, and guide organizations through complex transformations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Author whitepapers and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of deploying future-focused strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology trends (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
