Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruption scenarios using proprietary Horizon Analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on emerging tech integration
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-disruptive startups
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-tech adaptation
- Represent company at Davos-style future-focused summits
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Track record of implementing future-ready initiatives (>$100M impact)
- Global network of futurists and tech ecosystem builders
- Fluency in at least two future-tech languages (Python, R, or similar)
