- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-state possibilities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for breakthrough signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE)
