- Mentor junior futurists in Horizon's proprietary Anticipatory Intelligence framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight at top-tier firms
- Published research on exponential technologies or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep understanding of 2026 technological milestones (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
