Responsibilities

- Develop and present futuristic strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders

- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and investment priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on technological shifts (e.g., AI adoption, Web3 evolution)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization in Innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for presenting complex futuristic concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly, MIT Technology Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) or equivalent professional credential
