- Partner with venture capital arm to scout disruptive startups and technologies
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong statistical modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Graduate Certificate)
