Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy models
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and Web3 ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-of-work transformations
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry summits
- Oversee venture investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Build global networks of futurists, academics, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across three continents
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Track record of securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Fluency in futures literacy methodologies and systems dynamics modeling
