- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with future market disruptions
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders including investors and government bodies
- Drive innovation through experimental labs and hackathons focused on 2026+ technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech or consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
