- Spin out 2-3 moonshot ventures annually from trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of commercialized future forecasts
- Published research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in foresight modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation tech
- Experience advising boards on paradigm shift risk assessment
- Certification in Anticipatory Intelligence (ACI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
