Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce competitive intelligence reports on emerging threats and opportunities
- Architect R&D investment portfolios for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
