Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning initiatives to identify technological, regulatory, and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for AI integration, climate tech adoption, and human augmentation technologies
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for enterprise clients preparing for post-2025 market disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation strategies
- Analyze competitive intelligence and patent landscapes to identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with long-term societal and environmental trends
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on future technologies and sustainable development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
