Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market implications
- Lead scenario planning for global socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a dedicated innovation incubation team
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions (demonstrated case studies)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
