Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead 'Future Labs'âcross-functional workshops to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Deliver quarterly 'Future Impact Reports' to executive board and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neurotech) into product pipelines
- Establish global networks with futurists, academic institutions, and policy think tanks
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of breakthrough innovations
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within large organizations
