Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record delivering futuristic initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP or equivalent
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercial deployment
