Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technological paradigms
- Analyze exponential trends in AI, quantum computing, and bioengineering to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions for global challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Curate thought leadership content positioning Horizon as the 2026 innovation authority
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embrace agile futures thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or exponential tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent industry impact
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or published thought leadership
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global enterprises
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
