Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast future scenarios
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an external futurist network and thought leadership platform
- Drive organizational adoption of future-oriented methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data analysis and trend synthesis skills
- Experience with corporate innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, Futures Studies, etc.)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or thought leadership
