Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AGI) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
