- Translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps with measurable impact
- Drive innovation workshops and scenario planning for emerging technology adoption
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in leading technology transformation initiatives ($10M+ scale)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
