Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research on AI ethics or human augmentation in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella Architect)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and synthetic biology convergence points
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFP or SFI)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
