Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive innovations in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Establish industry-shaping partnerships with research institutions and government agencies
- Author white papers and thought leadership documents on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureWorks Academy program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 roadmap
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 successful exits)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF Certified Futurist)
