This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week while engaging in our state-of-the-art innovation labs. You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for societal, technological, and market evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technology trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech
- Produce strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
