As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI-driven sustainability frameworks, and next-gen human-computer interfaces. You'll represent our brand at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead ideation sessions for patent-pending solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate ESG goals
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Present findings at TED-style conferences and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 3+ years in futurism roles
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle modeling)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech regulations (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Scala preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-concept prototypes or patents
