Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+ environments
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Advise leadership on emerging AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Create educational materials promoting responsible AI practices across the organization
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics and governance
- Represent the company at industry forums on responsible AI innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or similar governance role
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
