Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging tech disruptions (Web4, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership reports published in Wired and Nature
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent expertise)
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and decentralized systems
- Executive presence with TED Talks or major conference keynotes
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
