Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation accelerators

- Design and implement organizational 'futurism' training programs
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget for moonshot initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 3+ years post-2025 tech foresight
- Published thought leader in exponential technology (e.g., IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and synthetic biology
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, Horizon Europe)
- Fluency in future-casting frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
