Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (published research/portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., MFMP) preferred
