Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological convergence across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead enterprise innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions with 5-year market impact
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing strategies against disruptive threats
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist councils
- Author industry-defining white papers on exponential technology adoption curves
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using foresight methodologies like horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
