Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year vision and phased execution plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact against future benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or future economies
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
