Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying disruptive trends
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive leadership on strategic investments in emerging technologies
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for global stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation journals
