- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026+ strategic imperatives
- Partner with R&D to align long-term R&D pipelines with market evolution projections
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis publications or future-shaping projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Pulse)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
