- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Curate thought leadership content at global summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Advanced proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom models)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenarios implemented today
