Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Translate foresight into executive strategy frameworks and implementation plans
- Monitor global tech ecosystems (quantum, biotech, AI) for disruptive opportunities
- Design human-centered futures scenarios for product development
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns (2020-2025)
- Proven experience with horizon scanning frameworks (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynotes delivered
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
