Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen products and services
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published work in innovation journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
