As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate AI specialists to develop breakthrough solutions that redefine industry paradigms. Your work will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as the catalyst for the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps covering AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces using AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized AI, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for future-focused R&D
- Create predictive models for societal impact of 2026-era technologies
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 future-oriented products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Web4 protocols, DAO governance models, and AI alignment principles
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or Strategic Foresight from leading institutions
