- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Translate foresight insights into product requirements for engineering teams
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
