- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Advise board on risk mitigation for ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and government agencies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interface technologies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published research on human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Design Foresight or Three Horizons
