- Design and facilitate future-back scenario planning workshops with cross-functional teams
- Author thought leadership content on emerging tech impacts (whitepapers, TED-style talks)
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for 2026-readiness initiatives
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainability tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/future journals
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy preferred
